A:Answer The mp3 file might have some parts where its gain is too high,not from original mix from studio,but from somebody adding gain to it and the receiver picks up on that and turns the volume down to keep it from frying the speakers and itself. It has happens to me often,and I'm glad it has that feature. Often with distorted loud songs I can smell my after market speakers,connected directly to the receiver with way higher rms needs than the output, heating up and smelling burned when its not on blutooth, these are song files probably from youtube. I have the gain low as to not harm the receiver,with crossover set to only play mids and highs.
