Try resetting the stereo by pressing and holding the reset button behind the removable faceplate (on the stereo unit, not the faceplate) for 30 seconds. The reset button is black and toward the bottom just off center to the right a little, you may need to use a push pin or paper clip to hold the button in. Place the faceplate back on and see if that worked, if not try second method. Turn off the radio from its power source and press and hold the 3 and 6 button on the faceplate and then reconnect the power to the stereo , keep holding the buttons until you see DC ERR. Now press the 1 key and it should display DC1 OK, then press the number 2 key and it should display DC2 4. Then press and hold the number 2 key for 4 seconds and the display should show DC2 0. Now disconnect the power once again for approx. 5 seconds and reconnect the power and that should fix it. Just cancel the demo mode by pressing the volume knob and that should disable the demo mode. If that doesn't work then there's probably a short inside the stereo or theres a wiring issue with the speakers shorting or moisture!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
