It’s all about rms value. More amp than rated is just extra $. Even w a perfectly matched amp you’ll have the gain turned pretty low. They’ll draw their full potential amperage when the music is bassy and only then.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To get the most go with a 2000 watt amp. having a bigger or smaller amp won’t ruin anything though. bigger one will just have excess power and a smaller won’t be able to push them as hard as they can go.
