“What is the descaling process, how does it work?”

• The machine has a light that comes on to tell you it's time to descale the machine, the process consist of adding descaling solution ( citric acid ) and water to the machine water supply and letting it soak, and then running the solution through the machine. Instructions on how to do this are included with the machine. The solution is sold separately.
