Hi Irma! Your frother lights will flash when the frother detects either there is no liquid in the cup, or the whisk is not in place. Check that both of these are done. If this doesn’t work, please call our Customer Service at 1-866-901-BREW (2739).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This happened to me when I had a little too much milk in the cup
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you place in your kcup into the machine you need to click on the latte button. It’ll ask you how many ounces you want. Once you click on 8 or 10 or 12 oz you’ll need to click on the K button. It’ll take sometime but the latte will begin to pour into your cup. While that’s happening you need to add which ever milk you want to use in the froth stainless steel container. Make sure you put on the lid and place it in place and ouch the latte button. After the coffee completely finished brewing it will take a few mins or less for the froth to begin. Once you don’t hear it frothing anymore you’re ready to remove the froth container and pour your froth inside of your freshly brewed coffee/latte. Enjoy
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Click on latte if you want just steamed milk. Click on cap if you want foam. I’ve never chosen cold. Make sure the little cap is on the pitcher or it won’t work.
