• Turn on the power button, fill the water tank and wait for the image of the three cups in blue, lift the lid, add the pod and close the lid, the 3 cups blinks, select the size you want and press it. you get hot coffee immediately.

• There is a particular sequence to using the Keurig. The coffee pod doesn't get put in until the water has finished heating. Sounds like you're putting the pod in too soon.
