• A:Answer Knock on Wood! Mine does not, but I have a friend whose carafe on his Black Duo version does dribble. His wife contacted Keurig to get a replacement carafe and they told her they do not have replacements for the carafes to send to customers. Poor planning on Keurig’s part. Overall we have been very pleased with our Duo Special Edition!!!

• A:Answer 2 hours auto shut off on carafe per operating manual. Our Carafe heat plate does exactly that 2 hours exactly from start of brew cycle. No way to alter or adjust. Hold down red(I.e. On) carafe button to turn off prior to 2 hour dwell time.

Here are directions: fill a 16-oz cup with ice and place under the brewer (do not use glass), choose the single cup 6-oz. or 8-oz. option on your coffee maker, brew directly over ice, stir, and enjoy!
