Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My last machine had the same problem, not sure how to fix it. I gave up and bought a new one. Try contacting keurig for a solution. I think mine was out of warranty.

Please try again later.Mine heats up after I first turn it on, then I pour in the water to the fill line, then we lift the lid and put a new pod in (take out the old one) then I go back and press the button "strong" then "start". Wait a few minutes, the water will get sucked down , then hewted approx 5 min, then it auddenly works and starts brewing. Make sure a cupbis u der the spout even when you think it is not working...it will kick in!
