QuestionDo you have to remove the holder in oorder to use your own refillable cup? My older Keurig allowed me to put in a refillable pod without removing anything but my new Keurig Supreme does not.

- Answer Try turning your pod with the flat hinge side towards the back of the machine. This worked for me.

- Answer There are several different types of reusable pods for Keurig units. You have to make sure the ones you purchase are compatible with your unit, usually in the description of the reusable pods you are considering. If there's any doubt, then buy the ones you need for your unit directly from Keurig, or follow their recommendation.

- Answer It has a choice of 8oz 10oz or 12oz. If i use the 12oz with my regular coffee cup it does not leave enough room for milk. I imagine the 12oz would work well with a 16oz cup and leave room for milk or cream! Hope this helps

- Answer Apparently you can make whatever you can buy in a pod. However, I doubt that it will be what you would expect from a dedicated cappuccino maker.

- Answer I`m not sure how you mean that, but you can just make hot water with it, just don't put in a coffee pod. I hope that helps.

- Answer Thank you for your question. There is only one version of the K-Slim coffee maker. It does not come in a "Plus" version. The K-Slim does not have a Strong brew feature. We hope this is helpful!

- Answer There is a coffee that has a packet for this that can be used with keurig. I believe it's a Starbucks. The stream is certainly powerful so it may even get foamy.
