• These are user profile buttons. Select your brew size, strength, and temperature setting, then press and hold one of the user profile buttons until the display shows "Saved" to save your settings. You can have up to 3 user profiles, called Favorite 1, Favorite 2, Favorite 3.

• Buttons 1, 2 and 3 are three slots to save personalized settings, for example, you can save your hot cocoa settings on #1, iced coffee on #2 and regular coffee on #3.

Once the desired brew size, strength, and temperature settings are chosen, press and hold one of the user profile buttons to save your settings. Once saved, you can press the user profile button followed by the brew button. Hope this helps!
