Q: QuestionIt says this is programmable. So, can you set it up to brew at a certain time? Like program it to brew at 5:00am the nite before?

• A:Answer No by programmable it just means you can select different sizes of coffee. Larger and weaker or smaller and stronger.

Q: QuestionHow does the add water feature work on this unit? I can have a half full reservoir and the add water light flashes and it want make my coffee. My old one had a float on the side of the tank and i don't see anything in this one.

• A:Answer Might be best to contact customer service, this doesn’t have the float it just “sucks” the water from the bottom. Maybe there’s an issue with that mechanism

• A:Answer The K-Supreme coffee maker does not require time to pre-heat. It will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and if Strong brew was selected. We hope this is helpful!

Q: QuestionWhy does that manual warn to not use distilled water? I have always used distilled water with my previous coffee maker.

• A:Answer I can only reason that the manual says not to use distilled water because this type of water is more acidic, and it would wear out parts of the coffee maker sooner. On the other hand, tap water would leave more Calcium deposits. We use filtered water from our water dispenser on our refrigerator, then we descale about every 3 months.
