QuestionDo you have to fill it with water every time you make a cup of coffee or do you leave water in there and just re fill once it's all out?

- Answer For each cup you fill the reservior with water using the coffee cup you want to fill. Make sure it's cold fresh water. When the unit completes the cup, the reservior is empty ready for another cup.

QuestionMy coffee maker worked fine yesterday. Last night we had a power outage and today the coffee maker is not brewing. It is brewing at a drip and only filling 1/3 of the cup.

- Answer follow directions closely, put in coffee pod open water put it in, should hear it go down then plug it in,close water lid and push bottom butten then close coffe should be solid blue upper right push to start it will turn red when it brewing. i had same trouble my first krieg . i really like it fast.

QuestionI purchased a new platinum mini k15 classic it didn't have a water guide at all not even the place it would snap onto so I returned it And I ordered a mint green one just got it and no water guide either what's the deal with that?

- Answer The water guide is on the left side of th water compartment . It is a series of circles marked in oz. You fill until the water reaches the amount you want. It is easier to just use a measuring container to fill.

- Answer Hi and thank you for your inquiry. Our Brewers do not dispense cold beverages however, Keurig makes brewing over ice easy! You can use any of your favorite pods. Here are directions: fill a 12-oz cup with ice and place under brewer (do not use glass), choose the 6-oz. or 8-oz. cup size, brew directly over ice stir and enjoy! We hope this information is helpful.

- Answer I would stay with regular 8 oz and add milk. Don't want to dilute it since the amount of coffee is same and extending time is not going to make it too strong.

QuestionWhat comes in the box? Best buy page says it comes with coffee maker and owner's manual. But mine came only with the coffee maker. Other online pages say it comes with a variety pack and a reusable filter as well. I'm confused.

- Answer OK, I've included a photo of 3 brands of K-pods that are available from the store I purchased them at, BIG LOTS. One is tea and comes in a different amount to the coffee pods, actually double the amount. If you can enlarge the photo, you will see the different amounts of coffee or tea but all cups are the same size. I have used all three sizes and experiment. No one makes the desired and perfect coffee right out of the box. Play with it and I had what I wanted within the 3rd cup of coffee and tested on my unsuspecting family members. They loved it so much, I moved the Keurig to my RV and now it's all mine.
