Yes it looks for the Keurig branding around the top. Carefully Peel the entire top label from a true Keurig brand pod and lay it on top of the HEB pod and it will work

You can buy in grocery stores, warehouse stores, or from the Keurig site. Just be sure to look for "for use in All Keurig machines "

Keurig brand has some marking on the lids that allows the machine to read and proceed making coffee. The sell them at wal-mart. The ones you bought non-keurig can be used on the older models not 2.0.
