I use about half cup of vinegar with a full container of water . Run it until it needs more water then empty and clean the container. Fill with clean water and run it a few more times..then your ready to go. This also descales the innards. I usually take a paper clip and dig around the stick pin to ensure no grounds get in it..but be careful not to stick yourself!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My mom and I use a 2:1 ration of water and vinegar. 2 parts water, 1 part vinegar. Or you can run 4:1 with bleach, but be careful too much bleach will ruin the rubber hoses. After you run it through the keurig, I do it twice , I run regular water through it twice to make sure to wash it through. My mom has now had her's 5 years. I believe they also came out with a specific cleaner for them now. Can't remember the name. I hope this helps!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to read the instructions manual that came with the machine. Basically there is an orange rubber capsule like that you have to fill it with water and insert it in the machine and you will have to open and close the lid four times or more so water is squeezed from the capsule and that will clean the tip where the coffee drips.
