“I just received my K15 Classic and ordered My K-Cup 2.0 reusable. You claim it is compatible with K15 but I can't figure out how it goes in. it doesn't fit, what is the trick?”

Hello Klaska and thank you for your question. The My K-cup 2.0 Reusable Filter is NOT compatible with the K15 Brewer. The My K-Cup 2.0 is only for use in our Plus series, or K250, K475 or K575 models. We do offer a My K-Cup which is designed specifically for use with our Classic series systems which is what you would need. On keurig page said "The keuring 2.0 My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter is not compatible with Keurig K-Cup (models prior to Keurig 2.0 brewers) I think you need the MyK-Cup Reusable Filter .
