It works with Verizon. I just went from a Priv to a Key2 LE and I'm using Verizon - it works great!

I am not sure if that’s the problem, but I didn’t respond to their text. Because I LOVE my Key2 and will keep it even if I have to switch carriers. ATT sucks in my neighborhood anyway.
