A:AnswerThe KICKER CompC 12" SVC Subwoofer is rated for 300 watts RMS power handling, so a pair of them would be rated at 600 watts RMS. For maximum performance of your speaker systems, KICKER recommends using an amplifier that is rated to produce +/- 20% Watts RMS of your speaker systems RMS rated power. So, with a 600 Watt RMS rated speaker system, KICKER recommends using an amplifier that falls within the 480-720 Watts RMS range. Always keep in mind that smaller amplifiers will also sound great but just not get you the full output (SPL, loudness) potential of your speaker systems. We always recommend setting the gains properly and do not operate your amplifier into clipping. If you have further questions, please feel free to reach out to KICKER Technical Support. A:AnswerI believe this speaker rms is around 250-300 if i had to guess. Im sure somewhere in the information section of the page where the Kicker Subwoofer was posted for sale should say the exact RMS rating of the subwoofwr itself.
A:AnswerAt least a 1200 watt rms if they are comp c they are rated at 300 watts rms i have the kicker 800.1 digital amp running my 1 12inch comp c on half gain and half boost and its rockin it
A:AnswerYes you can. I have mine hooked up to a 400 watt mono amp. If yours is multi channel it will only use a portion of the wattage. Regardless this speaker is rated for 1500 watts max.
