Loaded enclosure = box that comes with the sub installed. Dual voice coil box = dual voice coil sub installed in the box. Loaded = sub installed already, no need to install anything in the box. In this case the sub is a dual 1-ohm CompRT 12 wired in series for a final impedance of 2 ohms at the box terminals, which is why the model number is Kicker 43TCWRT122 instead of 43TCWRT124 (dual 2-ohm sub wired in series for a 4 ohm final impedance).
