• Every manufacturer designs their products to work with their accessories properly. Even though some plugs and jacks are universal in design (like a 3.5mm plug/jack) it does not imply they are all designed or wired electrically the same. KICKER has no way to test or verify that the SKAR bass knob will work with a KICKER amplifier. The electrical pin wiring, value of the volume knob potentiometer or any other circuitry used in each manufacturer's designs could at the least not work properly and at the worst cause damage.
