• The grey plastic piece that comes with your refrigerator is a filler plate if your fridge does not come with the Fresh Flow Air Filter system. I Googled the part number and found it on this schematic drawing.

• This goes to the back of one of your selves/drawers. If you used the glass shelf in a place without the middle fan's chamber, this would bridge the gap. It has nothing to do with a filter.

• It is for a refrigerator that does not have the fresh slow filter air filter system. It is part 19 on the inside refrigerator shelf/parts list.
