- Answer Heather, the Refrigerator control will only show that set temperature not the actual temperature inside the unit.

QuestionNeed to know if Dispenser Drip Tray EXTENDS to set wider vessels on. I do not care that it is removable for cleaning or a link to the manual which is of no help. Does the dispenser drip tray area extend out 1-1.5 inches or so? Constant conflicted info

- Answer The dispenser on our 5/2019 purchased unit does manually extend out via a sliding track and inch or two to catch drips. since the dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser, and not deep at all, this is helpful as folks inevitably pull their cup away a little too quickly. once you get used to the dispenser the drip tray in or out isn't really a big deal, as far as spills.

- Answer I believe 'SS' is regular stainless steel and 'PS' is Print-Shield (fingerprint) stainless. Check manufacturer's website to be sure. The Fingerprint stainless is great. Matches my other (regular) stainless steel just fine.

QuestionThe specifications mention a lock. Does the freezer drawer lock to keep children from opening it? Or does that lock just refer to the water and ice dispenser?

- Answer It has been discontinued and is being remodeled due to faulty ice maker, etc. The new one won't be available until early October at the earliest. Same with the JennAir version

- Answer We just saw this model (and bought it) this evening. It is Black Stainless with a smudge proof finish. Unlike regular stainless, you CAN put magnets on it (we tested it.)

- Answer The KRFC704FPS and KRFC704FSS are both stainless steel. This model has PrintShield which makes it fingerprint resistant.
