The base price doesn't include a power cord, but unless you will install the unit yourself, your installer will need the items included in the optional (around $130) "install kit" that should include all the extra parts needed. (If you are going to install it yourself, you may be able to re-use some of the existing parts: power cord, water supply/return lines. etc. Be aware, this may violate some area building codes.)
