I ordered my dishwasher on Nov 13 said I would get in time for Thanksgiving. It is now Jan 7, 2025. Still have not got my dishwasher. They were suppose to deliver yesterday.... they came but called at the gate and said they didn't have a code... I called them right back, texted three or four times, talked to the dispatcher etc... no return call or text or email. I'm so frustrated with Best Buy..... I cannot believe the lack of customer service. So, nothing against the dishwasher because I have yet to use or get it yet, but they have the systems in place to ask me to respond to a customer rather than their own people. COME ON BEST Buy .... if you want any return customers.. you can do better. I just finally went to the store and they couldn't even help me. Said their was a glich in their system... no appologies no help nothing. Horrible. Sorry just venting at terrible service.
