I don’t think the spaghetti cutter is angel hair but it’s not thick spaghetti either.

Please try again later.Hi Sunshine, The pasta roller allows you to adjust the thickness from setting 1 or 2 for kneading and thinning dough, setting 3 Thick “kluski”-type noodles, setting 4 Egg noodles, setting 4 or 5 Lasagna noodles, fettuccine, spaghetti, and ravioli, setting 6 or 7 Tortellini, thin fettuccine, and linguini fini, setting 7 or 8 Very thin “angel-hair”-type pasta/capellini or very fine linguine.
