- Answer If they offerer a third party installation, do yourself a favor and find a contractor to do it. They use a third party company and between the delivery and the installation it is a complete cluster of chaos that you don't want to deal with.

QuestionDo we need any venting or ductwork at all if we install with recirculating kit? Our contractor is concerned it will still need to vent up through the cabinet it hangs from but instructions don’t really address.

QuestionI need to know how tall the flat part of the front and sides of the hood. The specs. tell me the overall lower portion of the hood is 5” which includes the slopes part of the hod. There is nothing that gives the height of the face were the control pad is.

- Answer the manual says it can work with ceilings up to 9ft 2inches in vented mode and 9ft 6inches in recirculation mode. anything more requires the extension piece.
