Since I do not own a KitchenAid - Ultra Power Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, I cannot say it won't work, but I can say the 6 quart bowl shown was NOT intended for that type of mixer. The two tabs with a hole in them 180 degrees apart are holding tabs for a "Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer" which has a lifting mechanism to raise the bowl to the head for a more powerful professional mixer where the head does not swivel (because of the more powerful head)! I would assume the bowl your looking for would be constrained from rotating from the bottom and this bowl would not "grip" that system.
