Hi a, The Dual Convection Countertop Oven with Air Fryer is a non-stick coating that is PTFE ,PFOA PFAS, and Teflon free.

So usually, the concern with PTFE/PTOA/PFAS/Teflon is when they get over 500 degrees is when they can start releasing toxic chemicals into the air. So nice part here is they made the oven only go to 450 degrees as its highest setting. This should make you safe from the toxic effects.
