• The Convection Oven will not function like a microwave for reheating.

• I have never reheated food in this oven. I'm sure the microwave oven would be faster to reheat. The book says: "Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of materials other than metal or glass." You can never use paper, cardboard, plastic or anything similar inside oven. . . and NEVER aluminum foil [metal foil] on rack or crumb drawer . . .it will cause overheating. It comes with a 9" x 13" multipurpose pan and rack for broiling. You can only cover the pan bottom with foil for easy cleaning....not the rack. I have not used this oven much . . just toast or pizza. You can bake or roast, etc. I just haven't done it.
