I would say call the company not best buy for them to send you a replacement blade. Its a well known brand and when I received mine its good to register it in case any defects or warranty. Hope this helps.

They often have replacement parts and sometimes, if you explain what happened and the item was bought too long ago, they may even send a whole new one or a discount coupon. Check ebay for a cheap new one otherwise, either a blade or new blender.
