No. Not even commercial grinders are able to process sinew. You might get lucky with a very tiny amount and the coarse grind but it is inedible anyway. Just so other readers understand: Sinew is the shiny, "skin like" layer that attaches the muscle to bone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It easily grinds steaks with gristle, so I would think it would grind venison. You do need to cut the meat in strips before feeding it into the grinder.
