There's a screw in front(behind where the bowl sits) that's for adjusting where it stops.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have never had to make this adjustment. I would be absolutely sure that the bowl is snapped in firmly into the side pins and especially the back bowl locking pin at the back of the bowl. You may have to push down hard at the back of the bowl, you will hear it snap or click into place. You can also go to this site to review how to make an adjustment if needed to correct the bowl height.
