“What is the difference between the Professional 5 Plus and the Professional 500?”

• Most likely the only difference is the size of the mixing bowl. Most professional mixers come with a 6 quart bowl but this one is a 5.

• Power. The 500 series has a tilted head so it loses watts. Since the 5 plus does not have a tilted head it can output more watts.
