• Life the door and put the rinse aid into half-circle shaped slot marked fill, until the bubble level above shows that it's full. I made the mistake at first, too.

• Rinse aid compartment is right next to soap compartment. There is a small tab located at top, which is toward the top of door.. Lift tab up and toward inside of dishwasher and you will find a small opening about 1/2 inch in diameter. Pour rinse aid into the opening until it is full. Should last for several washes.

• The operating instructions are pretty clear about adding rinse aid: "To add rinse aid, turn the dispenser cap 1/4 turn counterclockwise and lift off. Pour rinse aid into the opening until indicator level is at 'Full.' Replace dispenser cap and turn to 'Lock.' Make sure cap is fully locked"
