I’ve used it in initial stages of breaking down butter to blend with newly boiled potatoes. I use it frequently to blend cream and soup components into simmering broth to make ‘cream of’ soups and sauces. Also, to incorporate milk/cream into eggs for the fluffiest, most tender scrambled and shirred eggs possible.
