- Answer I control everything with a Harmony remote. Yes, The Klipsch can learn other remotes.

- Answer The second sub has to be connected through cable. (This cable is not provided with this soundbar) There are many Klipsch or other brand subs available for over $140 with better quality woofers. I dint mean to complain about woofer supplied but Klipsch trademark copper spun woofers of 12" or bigger sound better to satisfy all the bass needs than 10" woofer comes with this soundbar :)

- Answer Klipsch designs and engineers all of our products in the United States. For more than 70 years, we have continued to proudly build many of our speakers lines at our factory in Hope, Arkansas. All Klipsch sound bars are currently assembled in China.

- Answer Yes! The Cinema 600 is compatible with the Klipsch Surround 3 speakers. They will wirelessly connect as rear surrounds.

- Answer There is no way to connect the R-41PM speakers to the Cinema 600 sound bar. The Cinema 600 sound bar will only be compatible with the Surround 3 wireless surround speakers.

QuestionJust wondering if this system could be run from an av receiver if i want to expand it to a 9.2 system in the future? Basically using this as the front channels for a full Dolby atmos 9.2 system. thanks in advance.

- Answer I am sorry to say, but this is a stand-alone system that will not be compatible with an AV receiver. This bar will simply connect directly to the TV and wirelessly send the subwoofer signal to the sub.

- Answer Is the sound cutting out? Does this occur on all inputs (Bluetooth HDMI ARC, aux)? Please try a factory reset of the sound bar. Please also check that the cable connecting the sound bar to the source are properly connected.

- Answer Please make sure the subwoofer is not connected to the same power strip as the sound bar. Please also make sure there are no routers or Wi-Fi extenders near the subwoofer, as this could impede the wireless signal. - Answer The Cinema 600 does not have Spotify or Airplay compatibility. This sound bar features a standard Bluetooth connection.

QuestionI currently have a 2.1 system (Klipsch RB-35 speakers and JBL PS120 12" sub powered by a Denon receiver). Thinking of switching to Cinema 600 soundbar. Would this be an upgrade? Current speakers are very good, but I have problems hearing dialog.

- Answer Specification wise, you would get better dialogue by upgrading to the Cinema 600. The Cinema 600 also has a RCA subwoofer output if you would like to connect a second wired subwoofer. Before upgrading, I would suggest that you try changing the crossover level for the RB-35 speakers on your Denon receiver. Please try setting the crossover point to 80-100Hz on your Denon receiver. This may help increase the clarity of dialogue in your current set up.

QuestionI originally purchased this last year, but the system just died one night while gaming and it hasn't been available since. Is this a casualty of the chip shortage and will I have to wait much longer to see it restocked?
