“Is this 12" sub THX certified?”

• Actually you don't have to even have a subwoofer for your system to be THX certified. Depending upon the rest of your system would be more critical. This subwoofer is not "THX certified " but I'm sure the amount of sound pressure it creates would qualify and then some. Klipsch apparently didn't see the reason to have it certified, it does cost money. THX certification is more a thing of the past.

• No, only the KW-120-THX sub Woofer is THX certified.
