QuestionMy subwoofer Klipsch RSB-6 is working, however I see that the back of the subwoofer has a flashing blue light, is that normal? Or should this light be solid? Your answer is greatly appreciated.

- Answer Hold down both the middle button (mode select) and the far left button (mute) on the front of the soundbar simultaneously for 10 seconds and the blue light on the subwoofer will stop flashing and change to solid.

- Answer I do not believe that you can. I tried to pair it with another Klipsch wireless sub and it would not connect

QuestionMy subwoofer will not power up. No.light on back of sub? Is this because power cord or something else?

- Answer DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. GO ON TO THE KLIPSCH WEBSITE. I FOUND A SIMILAR SPEAKER. THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. IT SAID TO USE A PAPER CLIP...INSERT INTO THE HOLE ON THE BACK OF THE SUB WOOFER. THIS WILL RESET THE SYSTEM. THEN FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO START. MINE THEN STARTED FINE AND HAS BEEN WORKING EVER SINCE.

Question1. Can’t use Directv remote to turn sound bar on /off. Only for volume. 2. When I turn everything on it drops the directv resolution from 1080i to 480p. I end up having to switch resolution manually. 3. Sound shuts off when changing channels. How 2 fix?

QuestionI have an RSB 6 Klipsch soundbar. Subwoofer has stopped working. Blue light is flashing but is not connecting. Went to Klipsch sight did a reconnect and just flashed with the Bluetooth on the main bar. Never connected. All of the instructions are vague.

QuestionHaving trouble programming volume down on Cox remote. Volume up works but when programming volume down, volume still goes up.

QuestionMy klipsch rsb-6 needs to be factory restored every time I turn it on for it to work with my Roku tv. Is there a way t avoid having to do this?

- Answer Try connecting it with the hdmi ARC also make sure the tv. Also make sure to turn off the sound bar after use.

- Answer Fortunately I haven't had that problem. My RSB-6 has always turned back on after I unplugged power supply and I reset it. I suggest calling Klipsh customer service or asking Geek Squad from Best Buy!

QuestionI just bought this sound bar and hooked it up to a brand new Samsung 65 inch UHD tv. I used the hdmi arc ports and it synced up nicely. But the problem I’m having is the sounbar shuts off on its own after about 20 minutes. Why does it keep shutting off?

- Answer Had the same issue turns off after not using it tho and once I had to turn it back on I have to unplug the power and replug it in for it to work. Went to exchange it and the other one I have now works fine.
