The 10c and 10B cartridges work with the Easyshare 5000 series printers (check on Ink box for compatibility) Sometimes a failed printhead is the issue with not printing. Don't know all your details but I do know that calling Kodak printer support line will get you answers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not suure about using the Ink with the 5300 because I have a 9500 series. But if you've tried using the ink and it's not working maybe you should look into getting the Printhead cleaned or replacing it. (sometimes when ink sits in the printer and dries our you end up having to fix the printhead and getting the dried up ink out of it.)

Also, the 10XL and 30XL Kodak ink works and will last longer. As for not printing, check your print head - it may be the cause for not printing. Contact Kodak and they will send a replacement, at least they did for me.
