Q: QuestionDoes this have a drive-in latch option? Our other kwikset (normal old school) knobs did when we replaced the ugly ones throughout the house. Wondering if this high tech one also has the option, or if you have to use the plate.

• A:Answer Yes, why not, as long as your bedroom lock has a deadbolt. If not, you will probably need to have a deadbolt installed before you can use this on a bedroom door. I probably wouldn't recommend it though...
