yes. using the alienware software you can change the colors that display & alternate between several preset lighting fade in/out settings. also allows you to change the color of the touchpad, the alien head on the back of the laptop, and the lighting that surrounds the vents on the back.

This is a laptop tray they're selling. Not a laptop.

No, the keyboard doesn't light up. It has holes in the bottom of the tray to cool down your computer though.
