• A:Answer The boxed set does come with the transfer cable,. However my experience with Best Buy was unsatisfactory as i ordered the downloaded version and never received it, so had to go directly to Laplink and pay a premium price for the boxed version.

Q: QuestionWe have upgraded to two new laptops, is it better to purchase laplink two use copy or one user copy for our desktop. The replaced upgraded laptop Is very slow. Note we are techno angst and will need geek squad assistants in home visit when cleared

• A:Answer This program will move your windows 7 files and add on programs and settings to a new computer with windows 10 installed on it. There are very few things that do not come across. The result may be that you have to re enter a serial number or re register some programs.The program will not install windows 10 on a windows 7 computer. It is meant to make your new windows 10 computer continue to use old programs that you have.on your current computer and take them from the current computer and install them on the new computer. This includes pictures and office files.
