• Yes. You have to set a certain security setting that allows outside apps to be downloaded. I would start by making sure your software is up to date by going to the settings and software update. Google how to make sure ur settings are right and then you can download anything from the play store.

• Yes you can. You have to go parental control before you can download it. I had to uninstall the netflix because i think its unappropriatte for my 2 year old son.
