App downloads are not very large files, however videos tend to be the largest. If you are downloading a purchase of many apps, or if you are downloading LeapFrog Connect for the first time with many apps on your account this would increase the time for download. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I download games or videos to my son's LeapPad2 it never took that long. It would just be a matter of minutes. I'd say around 5 at the most if it was a lot of stuff having to sync with my son's tablet.

The system "updated" in the middle and the downloads started all over again. It was very frustrating but everything did download overnight and all is good now.

Try only downloading one item at a time and waiting until it is complete to begin a 2nd download. Also, check your internet connection. You may have a poor connection, lack bandwidth due to too many devices on your connection, and simply need a faster connection to minimize lag. I hope this guidance helps.
