Yes you can but you need the right tool in hand. The product is of a very high grade plastic and I used an eight inch hack saw. The only other thing I tried before that was a pair of quality cutlery scissors that barely dented it.

A good utility knife does the job, or if you have pvc cutters, they work really well.

These can be cut with any saw, although I would advise using a clamp or securing it in some way. If you have a PVC Cutter, use that, it will work much better, thats what I used on all of mine, cut through like it was butter.

Yea but not with the best knife you own or regular office scissors. It's a quality plastic/pvc that will last a lifetime and any impact you could throw at it. I used an eight inch hack saw to make multiple cuts for the path I chose. Not hard or strenuous. Each cut took maybe 30 seconds.
