- Answer G docs is OK. Zoom excellent. Back up, NOPE. Not compatible with windows files which I use for serious work. Have fun.

QuestionMy screen is black. This has happened several times but it eventually comes to life again. Not this time. I am trying to reboot it but I can't even turn it off. The power button stays lit even though I am pressing the power button.

- Answer First turn off your Chromebook completely (don't just close the lid). Next, hold down the Refresh keyboard icon key and then press and hold the Power button. Hold both down for 10 seconds. Release the Refresh key and then the Power button and your Chromebook will restart. If it doesn't start, press Power again. If this doesn't fix the issue, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks at: 800-426-7378

The Lenovo C340-11 Chromebook ships with the Chrome Operating System and is compatible with the Google Play Store APPs. We recommend you check with the specific APPs publisher's web site for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
