To wirelessly print you will need to install the Google Cloud Print APP to this device from the Google Play Store, then pair the printer to the Chromebook through the APP per the printer manufacturer's instructions. There is a screenshot function within Chrome. Here is a link to instructions for using this tool on a Chromebook: https://techiestechguide.com/snipping-tool-google-chrome-os/. Chromebooks use Google Docs in place of Microsoft Office programs. "Slides" is the APP similar to Microsoft PowerPoint within Google Docs. Google Docs is free. You can purchase Microsoft Office 365 through the Google Play Store for this Chromebook, if you must have the specific Microsoft Office programs.
