- Answer I was able to download the app from the chrome web store (not the google play store where you'd normally download apps) and use zoom on it. Just google zoom app in chrome web store and it will take you to where you can download the compatible app for this device.

QuestionI notice it has a slot for a memory card. Can one be used to increase the laptop's storage or would a flash drive or external hard drive be recommended instead for more storage?

- Answer That will depend on your needs. Any of these options can increase the storage of the device externally. If you are storing data like pictures/videos/docs a memory card or flash drive should suffice. If you are wanting to install additional APPS or software an external SSD would give you the best performance.

Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

QuestionHello, I need a chromebook for my son, all remote learner. I need to make sure that this will allow him to use zoom and Google meets as this is what school is using. I saw one person say that it can't use zoom but I read another comment that said yes.

Installing Zoom on Chrome OS is as easy as going to the Google Play store and downloading the Zoom for Chrome application. - Answer Hi Mack, We can see how it is a bit confusing the way the USB ports are listed. The unit has a total of two USB ports. There is one USB Type-C port that powers the unit and doubles as a Display Port. This is helpful because Display Port can carry a video source, audio, and some forms of data too. It can do it simultaneously, while providing power to the unit if you were to use a USB-C docking station. The second port is your standard USB-A 3.1 This unit ships with an HDMI , media card reader, and Kensington lock port as well.
