- Answer I bought the model 1570 3 months ago. I like it very much. Same specs as this one. It's blazing fast, boots in about 15 seconds. The hard drive is a little small but adequate for me. The only negative is a quirky keyboard, the right shift key is small and I keep making typing mistakes. It will take a while to adapt. Overall, I highly recommend, especially if you get it on sale. Mine was$725 and I haven't seen it that low since I bought it. Battery life is very good.

QuestionCan you lock the keyboard keys so that you don't type with your knees when using it as a tablet on your lap? Does it overheat when folded in half like a tablet for extended amounts of time?

- Answer When folded behind the screen, the keyboard becomes inactive. I use it exclusively in tablet mode and have not had any issues with overheating.

- Answer Yes, model number 80VE000GUS is a new item. Check with your local store again. They might be able to order it for you from a different store so you can pick it up at your local store.

QuestionI just bought this laptop few days ago, I'm having some doubts about the usb ports, because it says: 1 USB 2.0 & 2 USB 3.0 ports compatible with USB 2.0 devices. But I'm trying to put my mouse who has a USB 2.0 port in the USB 3.0 port and is not working.

- Answer USB 3.0 ports are backward compatible to any USB 2.0 device. Be sure you are not confusing the HDMI or other port for the USB 3.0. Also, be sure that the mouse is compatible with Windows 10. You can check to see if the mouse is compatible by plugging the mouse in to the USB 2.0 port to test it on this device.
