    • Answer You should be able to switch using the Microsoft Store. HOWEVER, you must update Windows FIRST. This is because the Store has to be updated in order to access that particular function. Additional methods can be found through a search on the web.

    • Answer The camera is 1080p, which is considered FHD (Full HD--1920 x 1080). The screen is Full HD+ (1920 x 1200). This is also called WUXGA. As you can see by the sheer numbers, the difference is almost negligible--it just gives you a tiny bit more view width-wise, which means slightly better views of spreadsheets or movies.

    • Answer Just to clarify Lenovo Product Expert's reply, activating the free 30-day trial only allows you to use MS Office for those 30 days. At the end of the time, you either have to pay for a subscription, or purchase it, or use one of the alternates. Alternates include: using Office through your Edge browser, one application at a time, or installing one of the free compatible Office Suites manufactured by other companies.

    • Answer Hey, Art. This Flex 5i can support it and yes, the desktop can be extended to be set up in whatever orientation you prefer. You could connect external monitor 1 via a cable or adapter to go from USB-C on your Flex to whatever video connection(s) are support on monitor 1, then external monitor 2 can be connected HDMI to HDMI should monitor 2 have HDMI as a video input. You could also use a USB-C dual-monitor hub or docking station to have everything connection with one port. Hope this helps!
