• Check the requirements of your gaming console. The Lenovo G27c-10 Monitor, model number 66A3GCCBUS, ships with one HDMI 2.0 version port and one DisplayPort 1.2 version port. Be sure your gaming console is compatible, then check the output settings from the gaming console to the monitor.

• Have you tried changing the monitors refresh rate to 120 or 144 hz. Because auto refresh rate is usually 60hz
